This exam consists of 50-60 questions and last about 90 minutes. You may pass this test in English or in Japanese. This exam will qualify you for CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional), CCIP (Cisco Certified Internetwork Professional) and CCDP (Cisco Certified Design Professional).

This exam confirms that you have necessary knowledge and your skills are adequate to deal with sophisticated IP addressing and to work with Cisco routers that could be connected by LAN-s and WAN-s. During the exam you may expect questions within vast range like:

IP Addressing, Routing, BGP configuration (description and functions of BGP, choosing the proper path - attributes), EIGRP configuration (describe functionality and operations connected with EIGRP), OSPF (configuration of multi-area routers, functionality, verification and troubleshooting) etc.

You can also expect queation regarding implementation of IPv6 (description of various operations, verification addressing – Ipv6). Worth mentioning is that other topics can occur at this exam so you must be prepared for questions that can not be directly related to this subject.
